I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and courteous to all clients, the following policies are honored:

No Shows and Cancellations

Please understand that it takes substantial time to commute to and set up for your session. Additionally, there may be other clients that could have taken your appointment time. In order to be courteous to them and to me, please give 24-hour notice of cancellations.

Session times cancelled less than one hour prior to the scheduled session will result in a $25 fee assessed to your account. If you fail to show up for your session without cancelling prior, you will be expected to pay the full price of the session missed. 

All fees must be paid before another appointment will be scheduled.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will determine if there is enough time remaining to begin an effective session. Regardless of length of the session actually given, you will be responsible for the payment of the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to myself as well as other clients, please plan accordingly.

Sacred Circles

Our circle events are highly sought after and generally sell out. Due to the high demand of these gatherings and the limited space available, refunds will not be issued due to cancellations within less than 24 hours or for no-shows.  


Payments for in person sessions are due at the end of the session.

Payments for remote sessions, via Skype or Zoom are due prior to the start of the session. 

Payment types accepted are: 

  • Cash

  • Credit/Debit Card

  • PayPal


Gift Certificates and Session Packages must be used within 1 year of purchase date. After 1 year, any remaining sessions would be forfeit. Gift Certificates and Session Packages are non-transferable and may not be re-sold to another party. Gift Certificates are not redeemable for cash. No replacements will be issued for lost or stolen Gift Certificates.


Prior to each session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit, you will be asked to sign the treatment consent & liability form stating that you have read the information, understand it, and agree to comply with the Ancient Evolution policies and procedures. Clients who have not been seen for at least a year may also be asked to fill out this form.


I treat all client visits and conditions as confidential. As such, I will not discuss your visit with anybody outside of Ancient Evolution staff without your express permission.

You may choose to talk, or not to talk during your session. Conversation will be guided by the client’s direction.

*Some session types, such as Sacred Death, Sacred Life do require conversation.


Minors (all clients under the age of 18) are permitted to receive Ancient Evolution offerings. However, a parent or legal guardian must: 

  • Provide written consent.

  • Must always be present in the treatment room,  for the duration of the session(s). 


Clear goals will be established for the session(s) with the assistance of the practitioner, consenting adult and child.


Ancient Evolution practitioners are Idaho licensed professionals and held to the highest standards of the American Massage Therapy Association.

Licensed Massage Therapists do not diagnose or prescribe for medical conditions. Our services are not intended as an alternative for proper medical attention for specific conditions. Please refer to a medical doctor for any specific condition which requires medical treatment.


It is the responsibility of the client to keep the practitioners at Ancient Evolution informed of any medical treatment currently being taken, and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc., that massage may be continued.

The client must also keep the practitioner informed of any changes in health conditions.

For clients undergoing chemo and radiation therapies – Please note that we require a doctor’s note that states the doctor is aware of and agrees to the desired treatment.



Ancient Evolution's Referral Program conditions are as follows:

  • When a current paying client refers friends or family to Ancient Evolution, the referrer will receive a $5 credit going toward their next session. 

  • The referred person must be a new client.

  • The referred person must have booked and completed their first session.

  • Any $5 credit earned must be used at the referrers next session.

  • Credits may not be "saved" for future use. 

  • Referral credits are limitless - Refer 1 person, earn $5. Refer 3 people, earn $15 and so on.
